The award winning Mainline Spirit Co. is a family run business located here in the South West and set in the town of Taunton.

The distillery produces premium quality spirits such as rum, vodka and gin full of flavours that will tantalise your tastebuds. The owners have always had an interest in flavours and began experimenting when they had their first copper still.

During the pandemic when the world had gone into lockdown, they started producing gin and vodka, the humble beginnings of their distillery began in a garden shed on their property. Since then, they have converted an old poultry shed on their land and what started as a hobby has become a business that is going from strength to strength.

The inspiration behind the name of the business Mainline Spirits Co is inspired by the unique history of their plot of land where there property is situated and the historical links to the local railroad that they stumbled upon. Their property sits next to the railway that was the main route between London and Penzance. Back in the day it would have had steam locomotives chuffing by.
