It was truly wonderful to witness the support and presence of all the residents of Taunton at today's event. I extend my sincere gratitude to the organisers alongside everyone who attended. My hometown is steeped in history, from battles to being at the forefront of military manufacturing, in support of the Armed Forces. It is a town to be proud of.

Having visited just to see what it was like, I spent a great deal of time visiting many of the stands and displays. Also discovered a mead stall where I particularly enjoyed a glass of Toffee Apple mead. Reenactment groups were brilliant to chat with too and appreciated their time and effort. A really well run event and will add to my diary for next year.
