Invited

If your application to be a trader/exhibitor is successful we will invite you to make a booking to secure your place at Somerset Armed Forces Day. Please note that there may be a delay in responding to your application.

Stage 3:
Confirmed

Once you have placed your booking and submitted any necessary payment and/or paperwork we will send you confirmation that your booking is now secured for Somerset Armed Forces Day.

FAQ

How big is a pitch?

Standard small pitch= 4 metres by 3 metres

Standard medium pitch = 6 metres by 3 metres

Standard large pitch = 8 metres by 3 metres

(Bespoke sizes available on request)

Is water available?

No. Please ensure you have any you may need.

Is electric available?

Yes, the park has a ring main system with a £75 connection fee per pitch.

When will I find out if my application has been successful?

A member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible once your application has been received and considered.

Who can I contact if i need to amend my application/booking?

Please note that our team is made up of volunteers and so there may be a delay in responding to your contact.

Will there be comfort facilities available?

In addition to local facilities, additional portaloos are provided.

How do I cancel my booking and get a refund?

To cancel your pitch booking, please contact the events team by emailing bookings@somersetarmedforcesday.com

Please note that any deposit or fees paid are non-refundable.

Please note: the park is covered by a TENs Licence held by the organisers.

Is camping permitted?

Yes, camping on site is permitted at your own risk. SAFD CIC cannot be held responsible for any loss damage or injury while you are staying onsite. Please respect the park neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Please do not dig any holes or light any ground fires. Please use the toilet facilities provided. Security will be patrolling the site during the night.
