Terms & conditions for all

1. No stand-alone generators without prior consultation.
2. Public Liability Insurance details must be submitted.
3. No caravans or motor homes allowed on pitch.
4. SAFD reserve the right to amend your pitch as they see fit (e.g. for Health & Safety).
5. SAFD accept no liability for loss or damage of any kind.
6. Arena banners, flags etc to be provided by applicant.

1. All staff and volunteers representing a charity must show valid identification.
2. Charity collections can only be had in the perimeter of the pitch.
3. Valid Charity registration number must be submitted at time of booking.
