I/we confirm that my vehicle(s) and exhibits are covered by the relevant insurances required to attend this event.

I/we have a full UK Driving Licence to drive at the event and that all weapons have their relevant de-activation certificates. Copies of which can be provided on request.

I/we accept that any photos taken may be used by the organisers to promote future events.

I/we accept the decisions of the organisers are final and I/we accept the right of the organisers to refuse entry
