The guys from @nuffieldtauntonhospital will be with us again at Armed Forces Day on Saturday 6th July.
Last year they were with their colleagues from the Nuffield Health Taunton Fitness & Wellbeing Gym. They hosted a fitness challenge and tested our nutritional knowledge.
I wonder what they’ll have in store for us this year!
