SAFD Note about the ongoing road works in Upper High Street Taunton.

The current road works taking place outside of Vivary Park Taunton on the Upper High Street entrance are naturally causing to some an interest, raising the question as to the effect on our show SAFD on Saturday 6th July 2024.

SAFD Committee have enjoyed a full and good working relationship with the team from Centregreat Ltd, the council appointed contractors carrying out the works.

We are pleased to announce that the works will temporarily cease for Friday through until Monday morning, two way traffic will be reinstated, the light controlled pedestrian crossing will be of a more permanent and suitable make up, the site fencing and work areas will be reduced and the area generally tidied up.
